I have checked all pinball games that are mentioned on the articles (Naxat Crush Pinball series rules!) but I want to play more. So, any recommended ones? I'm interested for these formats: arcade, Wii, DS, Mega Drive, SNES, NES, Master System, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, Playstation and PC.

You can't go wrong with the Digital Illusions pinball trilogy (Dreams, Fantasies, and Illusions - the former two are available on GBA as Pinball Challenge Deluxe), Slam Tilt (there's a Windows version that'll probably work if your computer's not too new), Rollerball for NES (from the makers of Revenge of the Gator and Kirby's Pinball Land, also great games and on Gameboy if you care to check them out), and the DS's Metroid Prime Pinball, which an excellent Metroid tribute.
For the Wii, you can get the Pinball Hall of Fame series (Gottlieb and Williams collections are available - I personally prefer the Williams collection); the SNES has Super Pinball: Behind the Mask (if you can track it down!), Mega Drive's got a version of Psycho Pinball but I honestly prefer the PC DOS version, and I don't think the Master System even has a pinball game...and hell, also have a look at Rare's NES conversions of PinBot and High Speed, as they're quite accurate to the real machines and have excellent physics for NES games.
Just be warned, many companies make pinball games because they consider it to be easy. Be aware of these sub-standard pinballs: Pinball Advance (GBA), Pinball Tycoon (GBA), the SNES port of Pinball Fantasies, and the DS port of Dream Pinball 3D.

it's too bad you haven't listed the Saturn or Xbox 360... the Saturn has the Pro Pinball games that are absolutely phenomenal... I think they were available on the PC though too, so check those out. The recent release of Pinball FX 2 on XBLA is probably one of the greatest Pinball games in existence... I recently brought it and look forward to purchasing all the tables... great physics and the number of tables that will be available for it will be mind-boggling.

I second Digital Illusions' pinball games, especially Pinball Dreams and Pinball Fantasies. Used to play them for hours on Amiga 500 and PC.
My other recommendation is Epic Pinball for PC:

You can't go wrong with the Digital Illusions pinball trilogy (Dreams, Fantasies, and Illusions - the former two are available on GBA as Pinball Challenge Deluxe) I haven't played much of Fantasies, but I loved pinball dreams on PC. Too bad the snes port is low quality. I still need to get this one. I like revenge of the gator on GB. I love Rare's pinball ports (especially high speed, which i found to be more polished than pinbot). Rock 'n Ball/Family Pinball is great pinball for nes too, especially for 2p. I also like nintendo's pinball. I recommend it as well. Very nice physics and board design. Super Pinball is not hard to track down at all. Super Pinball is dirt common and dirt cheap. Plenty of places online to get it. Super Pinball 2, the JP only one, is the one that's hard to find. I also heard good things about last gladiators and necronomicon for saturn, from the same developers as super pinball, kaze. The latter saturn pinball is JP only, but not too expensive. It has one in Casino Games, but it's pretty simplistic.

Fantastic Pinball Kyutenkai is a pretty good pinball game for Saturn/PSX. It's also available in the japanese PSN store. Plays a bit like a spiritual sucessor of the Crush-Pinball games.

Thanks a lot for the recommendations. So many choices ^^. The reason I haven't mentioned X-Box 360 is that I haven't one yet (but I will get one soon since I found one yesterday for buying on a certain forum in my country).

In that case, do not hesitate in getting Pinball FX 2... there's a really, really awesome Street Fighter II table in there too

Looks very nice. Since there are good choices for Playstation too I added Playstation pinball games to the recommendation wishlist. ;D

If you're having trouble getting Pinball Illusions to work, try the Playstation port, True Pinball. I believe all of the Pro Pinball games are available or Playstation as well, but I'd recommend the PC versions for the ultra-crisp rendered graphics (Big Race USA is my personal favorite out of the four).
And if you don't mind fiddling with DOSBox or have a really old DOS machine to work with, take some time to track down Pinball World by Spidersoft - it's positively epic.

Pin*Bot for the NES is a great example of game that ports a real (and well-known) table and does some things with it that real pinball tables could not. Coolness includes cube and triangular balls and an alien who can eat your ball!
Flipnic for the PS2 is amazing in its expansiveness. There are many missions to complete and all kinds of tables to unlock. As time moves on in the game, tables include elements of Pong, pachinko, and breakout. This game can be difficult but it's unparalleled in introducing new gameplay ideas to pinball. Plus, the presentation is fantastic.
Galactic Pinball for the Virtual Boy is a more obscure choice (do yourself a favor and emulate it). The tables included are offer a lot of variety from each other. Each includes a different mini-game, my favorite being Colony's arcade turret meteor shooting game. Plus, the 3D does really look great on an actual system if you have the option.

www.futurepinball.com/ This is a pinball-building program, but it comes with tables you can use its engine to run. I can't quite get it to work right though :/

If you don't have a dedicated graphics card (like a GeForce 6-series or higher), don't even bother. =P On the other hand, its spiritual predecessor, Visual Pinball, still has a strong community with a lot of recreated and unique original tables.

I double-recommend Epic's Pinball titles. Also recommend:
Balls of Steel (just because of Duke Nukem table) Worms Pinball Pinball Dreams/Fantasies/whatever it was on Amiga Pinball Construction Set (On Commodore 64. Actually, its not a personal recommendation, but its apparently a sort of cult classic, so apparently its doing something right)
I also like NES Pinball, but thats a bit of low-tech. It has penguins though, and bonus level with Mario.
I also recommend messing with Visual Pinmame. None of the emulations are perfect of course, but still pretty accurate. And there's tons of tables available.

Balls of Steel is quite nice, as long as you're not expecting realism. Realism is overrated. Rollerball for NES (from the makers of Revenge of the Gator and Kirby's Pinball Land, also great games and on Gameboy if you care to check them out) The same people? Really? Saturn or Xbox 360... the Saturn has the Pro Pinball games that are absolutely phenomenal... I think they were available on the PC though too, so check those out. I had no idea there was a Saturn release. They're actually avaiable on GOG.com at the moment. They're realistic, but quite difficult. Everyone seems to like Pinball of the Dead for GBA, and yes, that's another House of the Dead spinoff.
