Stolen from the huge NeoGAF Mind Blow topic ( www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=27768943&postcount=7644 ). Apparently, in the 60's Nintendo released N & B Blocks¹, which are basically shameless LEGO clones. The Lego company sued them and I guess they also won. 1 - Building blocks, because Miyamoto wasn't invented yet. That didn't stop Nintendo from reminiscing what could have been by designing this level in Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins². 2 - Super Mario Land 2: An action game released for the Game Boy (GB) in October 1992.Now you know what N&B means.

I thought this was going to be a thread about a Mario-licensed Lego game.

When you see it, you'll shit legos. Ow ow ow ow ow This is pretty trippy though. Wasn't there another company that made some sort of Strider legos?

I read about that at themushroomkingdom.net/games/sml2 long ago. I didn't realize Nintendo actually made the blocks, though. I thought this was going to be a thread about a Mario-licensed Lego game. Me too. It seems kind of inevitable. Some time later this decade, no doubt.
