I learned about this game back in 2002. There was a website that had a bunch of old Midway games as flash games. You had to click on a virtual quarter to insert a credit too. Rampage was my favorite. There was also Spy Hunter, Satan's Hollow, Joust, and a few others I don't remember. I had a lot of fun with Bubbles on that site. This game really takes me back to the days when you needed the latest shockwave player to do anything and geocities ruled the world. Thanks for the article.
Also, I think this was on Midway Arcade Treasures 1. If we're counting that, then you can add Gamecube to the system list. I'm sure it was on Gamecube.

I remember that site! I went there many times to play Rampage on my slow-ass 90mhz Pentium.
The Midway Arcade Treasures 1 was also on X-Box and PC. Great multiplatform release.

Ah, classic Midway... love it. Also, Bubbles is actually on the Saturn version of the Williams compilation; I dunno why many sources online say it's not, even though it's on the cover. The more recent Midway Arcade Origins also has it, but then again that one's basically a mix of games from all three Midway Arcade Treasures games, sans certain games (almost half of MAT2 -namely the MK games, NARC and Rampage World Tour- and the majority of MAT3's titles) I learned about this game back in 2002. It was actually on the old Midway site. I played the shit out of both Rampage and Spy Hunter on there.
