Exile? Seriously (=_=) Unfortunately, that's how the industry tends to operate in Japan. PR for the artist, PR for the games, artistic values be damned.

Pretty much any song from the following games:
-Umihara Kawase -The Sailor Moon game for Mega Drive -Sonic Adventure -Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest.
But yeah, for my taste, Kawase wins. lol

While you can't say much about the lyrics, something about this song is strangely addictive. It fits pretty well with the whole 70's anime thing Monster Maulers is trying to be, too.
While we're at it, there's basically every single song in God Hand. Linking the credits music would be way, way too obvious at this point, so try this instead.

The video is pretty cheesy also Definitely; but in the case of Goemon 64, it was 100% designed to be cheesy, seeing as it basically pokes fun at kid's anime themes. So, in this case, it's actually a parody. A perfect kid's show parody with uber-cheesy music would also be Kikaioh. Cheesy, but voluntarily so. Remark the electronic beep that preceeds the start of the intro. Typically what you saw on TV before kids shows. ... so just to remember that sometimes cheesy can be parody. Captain Obvious out!

Eyes on me and the theme to Dragoon come to mind. Also, the whole Sonic Adventure series was cheesy music. No,noo... "The Piña Colada song" ("escape") is cheesy because it is in bad taste. SA is cheesy BECAUSE THAT'S THE WAY THEY LIKE IT! (ah-ah, ah-ha). It's beyond cheesy, all the way back to cool! "Open your heart, it's gonna be ooookaaaayyyyy!!" Not my style, but I like that one a lot. Plus nostalgia... Sonic Adventure 1 is awfully underrated. Now THAT's what I call an intro. And yep it's a musical cheese festival, but it's so... blue blue skies... Ah, SEGA. The one who went away... As for SA2, yeah... awful raps in Knuckle's stages is all I remember..

I, for one, refuse to think that any of these songs are cheesy in the slightest, they are all just great in different ways.
I may just set aside the vocal tracks from the original Japanese soundtrack to Sonic CD. "If you've gotta do something, Believe in your self!" is only half as rediculous as "Toot Toot Sonic Warior".
That being said, those tracks are actually still very good songs. It's just the lyrics that are ridiculous.
But if you don't like Eyes on Me, I'm just disappointed. That song is like the embodiment of first love. It's great.

The High-Score theme from NARC is a favorite. I mean, the only instruments are drums, explosions and voice samples -- how could you possibly not love it?

At first I thought, "what? Vermilion has great music. This isn't too bad." Then I kept listening. Then I agreed with the sole commenter on that video.

I think the game has an otherwise great soundtrack. I just think this song screams WTF.
