I was thinking of grabbing a Multitap..but then I realised I don't even know any decent PS exclusive 4 player games, Team Buddies is great for the PSone but other then that...anyone got any suggestions? And is the PS2 Multitap backwardC?

Warning sony is really dicky about multi-taps.You need a PS1 multi-Tap for PS1 you need a PS2 regular multi-tap for PS2 and you need a diffrent multi-tap for slim PS2's. None of these multi-taps are in any way compatible with any other sony device other then what what I pionted out here so you'll need two PS2 multi-taps if you want to play on two diffrent version PS2's and a third to play PS1. I'm not sure if you can play a four-player PS1 game on PS2 with any of these or not. Of course I'm a sucker and bought all three. As for games all I can think of is the Gauntlet games for PS2 as well as other assorted PS2 dungeon crawler games, or the THQ wrestling games or some old Party games you can find on retro comp's.

Poy Poy costs way too much, and damn about the Multitap thing (*Sony HATE*) I also sold my PS1 mutlitap way back (quite stupidly), I said Exclusives Mazin I think all the Mavel games are either on Xbox or GC as well.
Though Isuka, Gaunlet games and Dungeon Crawlers sound almost worth it, I might get the Multitap I saw if I can ($9 for a PS2 one).

Tales of Destiny 1 and Tales of Destiny 2 are both Multi-Tap games on PSX that you may want to try if you are into that series. Also, don't forget the original Crash Team Racing and any multiplayer Bomberman (though I would rather have the option of 5-players on the Turbo Duo or 12 players on the Saturn) On PS2 I would go with Gitaroo Man, Onimusha Blade Warriors, Time Splitters 2, Time Splitters 3, Red Faction 2 (warning the single player game is not nearly as good as the first but the multiplayer is fun), and Crash Nitro Kart (only if you don't have a GC and Mario Kart). I don't know of too many US releases than these that are worth the aggravation. This is pretty much why I stick to the DC, XB, and GC for all of my 2+ player needs.

Probably pretentious to mention it, but Rakugaki Showtime is a 4 player PSOne game. Better offgetting Poy Poy for a similar, and much cheaper, experience. Though Rakugaki does have its charms.

Timesplitters isn't exclusive anymore though is it? I could just grab it for GC or something.
Everything else though, a lot of interesting stuff I guess I'm going to have to track down.

Well Timesplitters 2 and 3 and Red Faction 2 are all on XB and GC as well. I just thought I'd mention all the games I could think of with Multi-tap support.
