We had some positive reactions from the "Jojo and Xerxes are Old" bit a couple of podcasts ago, so I figured this would be a good basis for a special podcast. How do you top two old guys talking about the "good old days"? Why, you have an old guy talk to his parents about them! At least I think so, I'm not sure yet. Not to mention, it gives us an excuse for a belated Mother's Day / early Father's Day special. My parents got me into video games when I was a very young old man, and for the most part, have been supportive of my self-destructive hobby since. I make it a point to try and get them to play video games when I can (some times more sucessfully than others) because I think it can be a great way for parent and child to bond. Their playing video games has been spotty over the years, but all the same I've got a lot of good video game-related memories that we've shared, and I figure it might be fun to be narcissistic and share some of that with you. At any rate, let me know what you think! Listen to it here!Dropbox download only at the moment; It'll be up on iTunes shortly (I hope!).
