Genesis/MegaDrive or Dreamcast? I'm unable to choose, all things considered. Or maybe you're a SG-1000 guy or a GameGear man? ...Seriously, I hope to see some Saturn love. SEGA had one of the greatest hardware saga of all time. Which one really was the awesomest, I mean, besides the tie between the MD and the Dreamcast?

The Genesis by a wide margin. The Dreamcast will go down as a cult classic, but the Genesis had a huge library of really good games in all kinds of genres. The Dreamcast had the best Fighting games at the time. And the best RPGs for the early part of the generation. And I've heard great things about the SHMUPs. But the Genesis had all that and more. And I still have to fight calling it the Sega as opposed to the Genesis. I even did it typing this out.
EDIT: One last point? Which system had Quackshot? That's what I thought.

The Dreamcast was the first console to feature 3D graphics you could actually look at. That, and it was the first Sega console I ever bought. So it's always got that going for it.
If only due to easy emulation, I play more Genesis titles than from any other Sega console nowadays, though.

The Megadrive is instantly what I think of when I think of Sega. So many definitive titles. It's a hard choice as the Saturn and Dreamcast had games I much prefer to Megadrive games and were amazing definitive Sega titles too. Still - the Megadrive is when Sega truly made it big - then they kinda got too cocky I guess...

The Mega Drive was Sega's most successful console, getting a draw with the SNES as champion of the 4th generation. None of their other consoles got anywhere near this.

Megadrive all the way, followed by the Saturn. Each had a really decent and extensive library, and the former was my childhood (Sonic (!), Ristar, the Disney/Sega platformers, the seven RPGs, Monster Land series, Batman and Robin, Rocket Knight, Castlevania Bloodlines, Animaniacs, Ren and Stimpy, Earthworm Jim, Lunar...)

Megadrive for sure. Followed by the Dreamcast. I have very limited experience with the Saturn so I really couldn't say. Though it had Shining Force 3. Which, by the way, needs a 3DS remake with all three episodes included. And that is never ever gonna happen. So yeah. Great times. Made myself unhappy now.

Dreamcast, followed by Saturn.
The Genesis/Mega Drive tried too hard to appeal to the Western market, which tended to be concerned with Action and Graphics. There are still a few gems - I just have a hard time picking them out.

Did the Genesis have Typing of the Dead? I don't think so!

The Mega Drive, Saturn and Dreamcast are all on level ground for me. Each one was perfect for my gaming tastes, and I don't think I could ever choose between them. I think I played the Saturn the most back in the day, purely because I got one at launch, and was my only console until the Dreamcast came out. I had to sell my Sega Mega Drive/CD/32X combo back in the day for my parents to chip in for half of my Saturn - the rest I made up for with my pocket money I think I we paid $950AUD for it bundled with Daytona USA, Virtua Fighter and Myst. SEGA Rally is still the game I have spent the most amount of time with - even with Skyrim in the equation !!!

The Master System is my personal favourite, but all things considered, I think that the Mega Drive comes out on top, narrowly beating the Dreamcast, which was also a fantastic system. The Saturn could have been awesome, but due to its oddly complicated architecture it was difficult to create games that utilized its full potential. A shame, really. It's still a neat system to collect for though.
