It might be the setting, it might be the fact that I randomly discovered this on a ROM-site about 10 years ago (part of its appeal was the small download), but I've always had a soft spot for the game. The animation is super clunky, the gameplay is nothing special, but still, I like it more than other b-listers of its time.
Also, the intro music sounds uncannily like Cameo's Word Up.

Capcom's Punisher beat-em-up, too, ends the first level with a boss fight on a bus! Did Capcom copy Jaleco?
Also, that first boss in the Jaleco game is dressed almost exactly like Kenshiro (Fist of the North Star).

The best feature of this game is the ability to throw people into the background. At first, it's just useful for breaking windows and stuff, but by the second stage you can easily rid yourself of most enemies by lobbing them right off the dock.

Go figure why no other game did this.

There's at least one other brawler that lets you throw enemies into the background, but I'm drawing a blank on the name.
