Dungeon Magic kinda feels like a souped-up version of Data East's Dark Seal/Gate of Doom. Both are isometric hack and slash beatemups with RPG elements.

My score for this game is: 5.6/10 Although enemy's thugs have low HP, combat feels quite sluggish even with elemental vulnerability. Quite the funny part is 1st level boss is harder than final boss (not many video games that have this antiquity) Because the giant snake can replenish it's HP by eat frogmen thingy
I really like fighter class that mainly combat with fist and kick rather than sub-par of warrior class that use any weapon For this, i give this game quite good score

I always felt you could describe this one as Streets of Rage meets LandStalker. Obviously being a beat 'em up is where it feels like the former, but the isometric viewpoint, adventure elements, and even the bits of stacking crates to reach higher places, are reminiscent of the latter.
Much more deserving than a 5.6, for fans of the beat 'em up genre on the whole.
