Suddenly, I'm getting flashbacks of the cesspool that is Xbox Live Indie Games.

When I first heard about "meme" at the title and seeing it was a game for a Nintendo console and not for computers and smartphone I was like "Nah. I doubt they refer to internet meme. Nintendo doesn't have such low standards for video games approvals.". Seems I was wrong. And they sell it for 5 dollars on top of that? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?Suddenly, I'm getting flashbacks of the cesspool that is Xbox Live Indie Games. I wonder what makes you say that.

1. Is this suppose to be some kind of joke? 2. Shouldn't this be in the Favorite Internet memes? thread? 3. If we're suppose to light our game collections on fire should we also put them in a boat and send it adrift like the vikings of old?

yes, let us gnash our teeth and wail, that someone has finally made a game about memes, taking the mantle from the tyrannical Newgrounds.com, who have been doing this since 2001. now is the time.

I can think of worse one's, like the Grass Simulator which is on Steam right now. At very least this one is based on a solid idea and has...gah, appeal to some people.

Eh, indie games have been very meme-ish for a while, so I don't see what's so notable about this one, besides that it's taking it to the extreme.

1887 -- Louis Le Prince creates 16-lense video camera. 1941 -- Orson Welles releases Citizen Kane. It took 54 years for cinema to culminate to its defining contribution to the world of art; 54 years to create "The Movie".
1958 -- Tennis for Two is released. 2014 -- Meme Run. 56 years. We needed a little more time to get it just right, but we too have finally mastered the artistic medium of video games.
Where will we go now as humans? Or have we peaked? Only time will tell.

Eh, indie games have been very meme-ish for a while, so I don't see what's so notable about this one, besides that it's taking it to the extreme. It looks to have terrible art and might be broken as all hell. All the workings of a YWK along with The Letter. Maybe moreso.
