The games look pretty pixelated without scanlines and it honestly stumps me as to why that's not just a default option in the emulator's menus, who makes an emulator without that option? I haven't used Raine since I discovered the games that it once ran exclusively were now running just fine in MAME, but is there no video settings blur filter(linear/bilinear)? That would depixelate things as well.

MAME is absolutely the best Neogeo CD emulator. It's not even close. Huh? MAME does not play Neogeo CD.

MAME doesn't really. But I forgot MESS is now merged with MAME, so if MESS played it, then MAME does too now.

MAME's Neo Geo and Neo Geo CD emulation is the best on the planet right now. To run games, the command line is mame.exe neocdz -cdrom [path to .cue]
