Bought it on a Steam sale and enjoyed it, it's surprisingly fun, even if I play at the lowest possible difficulty since I dislike bullet hells. The super robot anime homage is also surprisingly involved (with several references to series like Mazinger Z, Voltes V, GoLion/Voltron etc.) and if you look up the official site it has even a spot-on theme song! Astro Port also made another game set in the same universe (the same timeframe even), named Witch-Bot MEGLILO which this time is both a vertical shooter and a homage to 70s magical girl shows. Haven't played that one though.

Having purchased it during a Steam sale too I can confirm: it's a solid little shooter and works perfectly as a pastiche of 70s super robot anime shows tropes.
