I have a demo disc with the PS1 Speed Racer game on it. It was pretty average.

I myself only saw the original show because they played reruns on Cartoon Network when I was a kid (wish it had been episodes of Cutie Honey instead... heh heh) But... Cutey Honey never had an English dub.... unless you meant the mid-90s OVAs and not the original 1975 TV series... which is now available with English subtitles thanks to Discotek Media BTW.

I found another game, this one not even mentioned on Wikipedia: Mach Go Go Go for Gameboy. Japan-only, and shockingly its based on the 1997 anime instead of the original 60s one (making this the only game I've found based on the 1997 series).
It's a weird game. First, Trixie and Pops give you advice on the upcoming track (I'm able to read enough Japanese to figure that out). Then you shop for parts, though I apparently messed up because I didn't get any. Then you equip them on your car (you get to choose from eight, and of course I chose the Mach 5)...
... Then the race plays itself.
Seriously. It's top-view and I realized none of the buttons do anything. Apparently, its some sort of simulation where you have to equip the right parts for Speed (or whoever) to win the race.
To be honest, I found the idea interesting, but I'd like an English translation just to be sure I understand it right.
