We Love Katamari 2nd Level doesn't load grapgics (PS2)

Using pcsx2-r5350.

Basically the first level loads fine but the second level doesn't. Or rather the level loads but it doesn't display instead just showing this blue overlay.

I tried two different versions, the US and European versions and both did the same thing.

Try the stable releases, starting from 1.1.0 rather than revisions, see how it goes.

That seems to work. Mind you the game is very choppy when text shows up on screen or when the King's weird video effect contracts around his head at the start of a level, but it loads the level. Thanks.

Yeah the problem is 1.1.0 is rather choppy, at least the version I got. It had someone else's configuration but making it exactly the same as my own version didn't help. Well it slowed it down but the gameplay is still very choppy and slowed down in spots.

Edit: all seems to work on 1.2.1 aside from the intro screen and the post level screen having two lines in the background.

Oddly enough this version plays intros that never showed up on the revision of PCSX2 I was using at all !

I don't know what's your hardware you try it on, but i've got a b..tchy Radeon, so the results may vary. In any case, try some builds from this post provided. I think, guys might need some further testing, if anything
