phediuk Technically I think Live a Live is supposed to be pronounced using the two different meanings of the words. Live (the verb) a Live (the adjective) So maybe it only sort of counts?

What if that Gundam game and 999 are the only two games that repeats a word three times?? We need to find more... The coin-op Fire Shark's original title was Same! Same! Same!, with "same" meaning shark in Japanese (also, it's a reference to "Tora! Tora! Tora!").
Other titles with double words are: Doki Doki Literature Club Para Para Paradise

Paca Paca Passion (arcade), Kuru Kuru Kururin (GBA), Go Go Ackman (SNES), and Gan Gan Ganchan (SNES) spring to my mind. I was also sure there was a game called "Tora Tora" and, in fact, it's a 1980 arcade cabinet. A specific search for SNES games shows there was a "SD Gundam Gaiden: Knight Gundam Monogatari", a "True Golf Classics: Pebble Beach Golf Links", a "Yuujin no Furi Furi Girls", and a "Nontan no Issho: Kuru Kuru Puzzle". Also, what about the Yuu Yuu Hakusho games?

A lot of Japanese games repeat words because as I understand that is how you add emphasis to a word in Japanese.
