Saint Sword, a fantasy Genesis maze side-scroller where you can turn into an angel, a centaur and a merman. Developed by Cyclone Systems of Wurm cult-fame and published by Taito, it's rough but still worth a look, especially since there aren't many games like it on 16-bit consoles.
