I'd say Buggy Boy for the Commodore 64, I much prefer over the original arcade version.
The funny thing is, normally C64 games , because of the nature of the system, look a lot more blocky, but they re-designed the main sprite a bit and it fits in a lot better with the rest of the game, whereas in the arcade version, it kinda stands out, like it was copy pasted from a different game.

Hmm, maybe Super Shinobi/Revenge of Shinobi wasn't an arcade "port." I found a MAME file for it, but the cabinet is a "Mega-Tech?" Is that just Mega Drive emulation for an arcade cabinet? But I do recall playing it at an actual arcade, decades ago. Mega-Tech/Mega-Play (can't recall which is which) are the Sega equivalents of Nintendo's VS. and PlayChoice-10 machines. Arcade machines based on console hardware. One of them is arcade adaptations of console games (ie changes such as making the games harder) and the other is basically a console game with a coin-operated timer on it. (though for Nintendo Super System, reportedly Nintendo made that able to operate in both modes, which might have been neat if there were more like 10 games literally made for it )
