I have no programming abilities and low artistic abilities, but I had this idea for years even though I never did anything with it. So here's the pipe dream...
Basically it's a horizontal shmup starring a cute witch, in the vein of Cotton, Mystic Riders and similar games. However, after seeing some old illustrations where the witches were riding their brooms with the bristles in front unlike the usual representation, I had the idea that the broom's bristles could be used as a shield, to absorb enemy bullets and then also filling the magic power gauge, in order to power up the spells (weapons) or charge the smart bombs or other useful abilities. The witch could also gain some different familiars (crow, cat, frog etc.) which would give some variations on the spells, for example making them more or less powerful, changing their elemental properties, changing their alignment (black/white magic) and so on.
I greatly dislike the Touhou series and the bullet hell genre in general, so if such a game ever gets made by someone I'd like it to be clearly different from those sources and making it clear that it hasn't been inspired in any way by them; as I said it's more akin to the old cute-em-up games of the early 90s.

I am thoroughly amused by the idea of hacking Super Mario RPG so that the prologue chapter becomes a retelling of the end of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. ("Attack the Book, Emissary!" and so on.) It is an anthology game, I would say like a Zelda-type adventure. Each act is made by a different director or writer and character designer. Different characters each time but set in the same world. You can play anybody's story in an order that may last something like 10 hours. Completing it gives you a bonus that would help the remaining stories. Impactful moments like opening up optional areas. Leaving items in chests. You get the idea. This isn't so far off from Square's Live-A-Live. Bartender management simulator. Choice of decor, music, drinks and bar food menu will attract different clientele. Your bar can end up as a family-friendly tourist establishment, or a speakeasy with dark ties to mobsters and corrupt government officials. Cook, Serve, Delicious? Or possibly Last Call? Last Call was such a neat game – ahead of its time, maybe. Too bad it is increasingly stuck in the past. Unnatural Selection (the 1993 Maxis game)? Perhaps SimLife?

Something like Last Call, but really more of a simulator. Like a "SimBar, with more elements of something like Fable or Red Dead Redemption." The other would be something of an antithesis to SimLife. The focus wouldn't be to create a balanced eco-system. Just merely save a species, that could wreak havoc on another habitat, which may end up seeing changes on a macro-level in terms of climate, plant-life, terrain, etc.

Exotic pole-dancer arcade game. Bartender management simulator. Choice of decor, music, drinks and bar food menu will attract different clientele. Your bar can end up as a family-friendly tourist establishment, or a speakeasy with dark ties to mobsters and corrupt government officials. A game where you try to save endangered species by introducing and curating an environment where it becomes the dominant apex predator. The bartender idea could be a good one. I feel like there have been a few games in recent years that have a business simulation aspect coupled with a story, like how Harvest Moon is a farming sim but there's a plot you can play. It sounds a bit similar to that cyberpunk bartender game or a more dynamic Hungry Hearts (a mobile game where you run a restaurant but can interact with NPC costumers).

Bad as it may be, I kinda want a Disney-sponsored rythm game focusing on the Aracuan. If you don't know what the Aracuan is, prepare to be enlightened (chances are you've seen it before but just didn't know its name)
