Thanks for writing about it. I personally absolutely adore the look, feel and concept of the game. What I really dislike though, which is rightfully mentioned in the article,is the design of some puzzles in the later game which get really cryptic and difficult...... And that made me think: I feel like the problem there lies in the fact that games of this type (virtual desktop enviroment etc) are still rare, and therefore, there is no established design in how to go along with solving puzzles/solving problems in such a space. When it comes to more traditional point&click adventures, it is more established and clear how to progress and what can be done. So even if there is little guidance and obscure puzzles in those games, it steel feels less obtuse/easier...... I am looking forward to more games that take place in virtual desktop enviroments,maybe then, better designs and clearer ideas/conventions on how to progress get established.
