I love BL1 so sort of a shame that the article is so brief about the gameplay itself, it conveys the basic idea but it doesnt really talk about many specifics, which is what I love about this site, not to mention that they didnt talk about the multiple versions of the game, which vary quite a bit between one another.

Yeah, the article was much shorter than i expected. I played some of it on my old Macbook at a really low resolution. Looked kinda neat that was with really chunky outlines although the weapon info was hard to read unless you were right up to it.
Is it even possible to finish the game single player? I got up to the Dahl Headlands and got totally stuck at a part where you have to take out a bunch of vehicles. You're supposed to use one of your own that requires two players to properly operate as it needs a driver and a separate gunner to aim the mounted rocket launcher. Shooting rockets without moving was not really working so I just gave up there.

besides, you can just use a rocket launcher.
