1) Let's focus on the initial releases. The list will become a bit confusing if we start including ports created later to other platforms. Shovel Knight would be an example of this, which received exclusive bosses on later releases.
Confusing how? I am confused by "timed" though, why would I want to stress about extra content?

It's mainly my own OCD. There have been a few times where I bought a game (mostly modern) only to realize another version that came out at the same time had more content (even if it's simple and dumb like an extra costume or something).
As for ports, remasters, whatever, I personally don't bother with them. I prefer playing the original versions, as that is what the designers intended. I can make another list for the ports if you guys would find that useful. I just don't want them mixed in with the list that I would use.

Street Fighter X Tekken had Sony mascots Kuro/Toro, Cole for Infamous (Sucker Punch did the Vita port, FYI), NES boxart MegaMan and Pac-Man as bonus characters for the Playstation versions of the game. Xbox 360/PC versions received nothing exclusive.
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed had your Mii playable for Wii U, your Xbox Live Avatar for Xbox 360, and six exclusive racers for the PC Version: Football Manager (from the yearly games of same name), Shogun and Willemus (both from Total War), General Winter (Company of Heroes 2), Simon from the Yogscasts and finally a Team Fortress 2 team consisting of Heavy, Spy and Pyro together.
