I don't think I know anyone who doesn't know of some Chinese buffet or another. That being said, there's almost always one that's, as Kurt describes it, "Shifty".
Not meaning that you get sick, or that they serve cats, but they just seem to have too many different things that are not Chinese food on the menu.

No matter what Chinese buffet you go to, they will always have pizza and mac & cheese.

NO macaroni/cheese or pizza at the one I go to.
They do have frog legs and french fries though.

We should check that one especially shifty one in Route 46 in West Paterson/Totowa/whatever that is. I only say it's shifty because it is next to a Ski Barn.
Don't even ask how those correllate.

There's a Chinese Buffet in Tuscon that serves shrimp sushi and oysters.
The only thing scarier would have to be the random shellfish "vendors" you find in the Arizona/Sonoran Desert.
These guys sell lobster from a trailer parked on the roadside in the middle of our 110+ degree summer.

I agree that we will need to check it out, maybe this Saturday night for dinner? I can kind of see how these correllate, trust me man, I can see.
