I do love Gyakuten Meets Orchestra as well and I went through hell and a handbucket to get a legitimate copy of that CD! Noriyuki Iwadare is back with a vengence and man does he love his orchestras. I was a bit disappointed with his work for Grandia III but this more than makes up for that. This is definitely remix of the year, at least as far as CDs go. For remix of the year used in-game, FFIII for DS. Ys Origin dropped the ball on their overly symphonic remixes of Ys I-II music. The piano/strings version of Darm Tower they have playing when you're no whupping some boss' bum grates on my nerves. The blatant attempt at a Liberalis Fatali rip-off also made me one sad bunny. The original stuff that went back to electric guitar roots was good but sheesh. Falcom should consult Noriyuki Iwadare if they want to go crazy symphonic. I've been digging the soundtrack to this shareware game, Chantelise. View the demo here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=grh0N8dSrQoMost replacable soundtrack goes to Phantasy Star Universe. Love the gameplay but some of the so-called BATTLE music is highly sleep inducing. Thank the gods for the 360's custom soundtrack feature. Looks like Yamane Michiru delivers again with PoR. Though, as someone who digs Yasunori Mitsuda, I wonder how Deep Labyrinth's soundtrack turned out. www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_N2plntW3M
