BTW, I know I have to do the .html coding for Suikoden PSP with pictures. However, should I submit all the revised text without the .html coding? I thought all the .html coding was already in place when the article was posted in HG101 for the first time. The HTML code has changed a lot in the years since, but we actually transferred Suikoden to the new layout, so there's not too much to do. If you want you can download the existing html files (please do right click + "save target as" from the table of contents for each page, NOT "save page as" from the browser's menu) and replace the old text with the new (NOT in MS Word, and only in a WYSIWYG editor if you know 100% it doesn't mess with the code, otherwise please use a plain text editor. Make sure every paragraph is enclosed with <p> and </p>. The result won't look right on your computer (unless you download all the images, too), but made for web viewing. This is not mandatory, though. If you just submit the plain text for the existing games (once again, inserted HTML tags for italics and paragraphs help), we do have the capacities to do the rest on our end without too much delay. Well, I'm done with the article and submitted on a .rar file. I leave the rest up to you and the admin of this website.

New hand-me-down computer now means I can emulate more. Partly capturing on a future update on Beatmania's article to discuss the IIDX series. At least a huge chunk of the series is on PS2 and runs well enough for screencaps. The interlace settings are a bit of an issue, but I'm tinkering on getting the best/good enough settings for them + shopping to "real" view.

I've been working on an article for 40 Winks for the PlayStation and N64. I have the article completed (although I do plan to go back over it a few more times just to make sure), and I've started taking screenshots. The screenshots for the N64 version are fine, but I'm not sure if the PlayStation screens I have are exactly right. I'm using the P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver as suggested in the screenshot guide, but they look a bit stretched. I've included a screenshot for an example of this, as well as the current configuration I'm using for P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver (I did create a thread for this in the emulation section, but decided to ask here since I may get a quicker reply).

Yup, that's fine. The game runs higher than the normal 320x240 resolution, so we'll just crop/resize them.

Yeah, that looks about right. You can crop to the upper left 512x256 pixels, but always make sure it's that size (technically 512x239 is OK in this case, but I don't know if that black border at the bottom is there all the time) and keep the originals just in case.
Unless you want to make the html yourself, don't worry about resizing from that, cause in this case it's probably best to do that in the html file.

Thanks for the information on this. I'll be sure to crop to the upper left image. I'm not really sure what's up with that black border at the bottom, but it shows up in all the screenshots for some reason.

It's because the Playstation can draw up to 256 (or 512 if interlaced) lines for PAL games. This doesn't apply to NTSC, as the limit is 240/480 there. Those additional blank lines you see there won't be shown, using 240 lines can already cause overscan issues, which is probably why some games only use the common 224 vertical resolution.

Would anyone be interested in articles covering The Cat and the Coup (2009) and Hylics (2015)? I've got developer interviews for both of those.

What I meant is that I already have the articles mostly written, so I was asking if the staff was interested in publishing those. Thanks for proposing your help, though.

A Hylics article sounds like fun, as I haven't started my copy up yet.

I'm working on my article about Virocop for Amiga, about 2/3rds is done, but I still need more screenshots and to put everything together in HTML.
Also, is anyone interested in the following arcade games or can I proceed to write about them in the near future?

It's not exactly a super obscure underdog, but would anyone be interested in a Life is Strange writeup? Is anyone currently working on one? My notes and screenshots have expanded enough to do one, and I think it is, ahem, noteworthy. Clearly. I have a rough draft that could go in a couple directions, but a proper HG101 article would be nice.
