I didn't even know there was a PC port...but sure. They're probably about the same. Should be easier to get pics from that too. Try to weave a little bit of Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit in there too, if you've played it, since it was later developed by the same team.
As for character bios - whatever you think is necessary or important to the plot. It also depends on how many - if there's like twenty or something, you can definitely narrow that down.
Also, welcome aboard!

Actually, the PC version was the original, released in 1999. The Dreamcast version was the port released in 2000. The big difference from my own research is that the Dreamcast version seemed to suffer from longer loadtimes, shorter clip distence and poor framerates.
There are at least 20 or so playable characters, as well as several plot important NPCs.
Here's an idea how it works...(careful, I don't know the spoiler tags yet)
See, first we have Kay'l, who's the guy in the blue uniform you see in most of the promo material. At one point, something happens and you "Reincarnate" (to use the game term, it's really more like possession) into a nurse. At a later point, you have to break out of a prison, so you need to Reincarnate into a prison guard to escape. This happens a few more times as the game goes on. But only Kay'l has any relationships with other characters, and you, the player, serve as the main protagonist, so all these characters are really just skins you can use.
And yes, I've played a bit of Fahrenheit, and while I'll include it in the article, I should point out that they don't really play anything alike.
Also, one last bit of trouble I forgot to mention...were there any other 3D sandbox type games before it? I know there were many RPGs that could qualify, but this game was more of a cross between Shenmue and the modern GTA titles.

Oh jeah I heard o' dat game. I really should check it out, cuz its got a wicked premisio. OH YEAH: I've been asking around but never got a straight answer. So Ikiki makes games, and I like them. I WANNA ARTICLE. Probalo being that there is some 40 games. So... Should I just do the PROLIFIC[/b] games? Most of them are just little mini games. Like techdemos of sorts. So...

Since my article went too big for me to keep track, I have prepared it in HTML format. Should I optimize it for a certain resolution? At this point, it looks fine with a width of 1152 or higher, but with 1024, you'd have to scroll vertically... is that ok or should I adjust it to 1024?

I run at 1024x768 so use that. I actually use % width on all of my tables so it'll auto adjust for that.

For the tables I also use %, it is because of some screenshot resolutions, so i'm gonna break them down to more but smaller rows instead.

Oh, if the screenshots are too big (usually over 340 horizontal width) then resize them. Use that as a thumbnail, with a link to the full size picture.

If it's just "games of note" concentrate on those, since there's so many.

I tried to send in my article, but got a message it couldn't be delivered, because it's too large. It's 17mb w/o mp3s... what do I do?

Break it up into a few different messages. Mostly just the MP3s separately. Anything over 10 MB, Yahoo will not like.

I know this is off topic, but kurt have you ever thought of making a seperate tab on the site where games are arranged by console?

Yeah, I started up plans to organize loosely by themes, like for example, all beat-em-ups, all RPGs, or all games made by SNK or Falcom or Sega, or all GBA/NES/Genesis exclusive games and such. The front menu now is way too unwieldy and is just going to get worse.
