If you're going to buy import capabilities for the Dreamcast I would strongly recommend getting the DC-X. It's faster and mor reliable than the Utopia disk (and also STOPS the spinner when it's time to switch the disks, which is very nice), offers more options (as an example, you can set PAL/NTSC/VGA for games that won't auto-detect it like Rez) and as far as I know the only game that it won't run is Evil Twin which isn't anything worth writing home about anyway.
SNK did announced Battle Coliseum for the 360 but nothing has come of it. If it comes out in Japan I will probably import it without hesitation if there isn't a domestic release announced within a couple of months.
SNK Japan takes its sweet time with anything that isn't King of Fighters. Metal Slug 1 for the GBA is coming out in September. It was announced in March, of 2003.

On the other, at least that means they'll try their damndest to bring KoF XI over here! That's a bit scary to think about MS1 on the GBA, and it will more than likely be outsold by the Metal Slug Anthology for the Wii and PSP. Is it true that the Wii version will include every game, even MS6? I am SO snagging that. ;D

Maybe even those two games for the NGPC? And the Advance one? One can wonder...

No MS6, just 1-5 and X.
The GBA version seems like such a waste.

Really? You mean for the Wii? Awwwww... shitcakes. Now who the hell will pick up MS6? The uncertainty of playing any SNK Atomiswave game (Neowave doesn't count ) is beginning to irk me a hell of a lot.

Well, MS6 comes out in Japan at the end of the month, but you probably didn't want to hear that.
Got the 3D Metal Slug in last night. It's...not spectacular. I think I need to put it in Easy mode. Enemies take too many hits to kill and there aren't nearly enough special weapons.

Scratch that - it was delayed till September. On the other hand, I take back what I said about Metal Slug 3D. It's all rather amateurish, but it's kinda fun, now that I figured out how to change weapons. Still, your arsenal is weak - handgun, machine gun, rocket launcher and shotgun. Along with some secondary weapons, which so far are just grenades. No flame shot, laser or Iron Lizard.

They pronounce it "launcher" here, ugh. Some of the voices are the same but they changed the THANK YOU so it's not as cool. It's still awesome to clear the screen of enemies in a mess of explosions and the only thing the game can say is OK in huge letters.

Scratch that - it was delayed till September. Bleh. Their loss. Metal Slug 3D... is rather mixed to me currently. I mean, I like any and all MS game, but... well, at least it's not as bad as many initially dismissed it. I have a question now; is there anyone out there who has played Buriki One? If so, you bastard! And also, if so, should it be considered a seperate game, or can it be associated with Fatal Fury or Art of Fighting?

And also, if so, should it be considered a seperate game, or can it be associated with Fatal Fury or Art of Fighting? Haven't played it myself (seems really interesting with the control scheme), but I'm pretty sure the game is apart of the Art of Fighting games seeing how it takes place 15 years AFTER Art of Fighting 3. Ryo looks really badass in this game
