Well, since we're on the subject... I read somewhere that a lot of the early NES games like Clu Clu Land and Wrecking Crew have pin converters in the cartridges. Something about Nintendo cutting production costs using this method. They're supposedly slightly heavier than other cartridges and if you take one apart you can easily detach the piece and use it on any Famicom game to play them on a non-Japanese console.
Anyone else know about this?
Oh, and cool article. I gave the game a shot and was quite impressed with the graphics.

Working on that one now, actually. It must've had some success considering its characters/locations ended up in both Wai Wai World games. Don't forget that the main character also ended up in Jikkyou Power Pro Wrestling '96 - Max Voltage.
