I've got some stuff written up about Riddle of the Sphinx... somewhere... in some state. I might be able to make that one happen.
edit... okay, hold up. Apparently, there's more than one game called Riddle of the Sphinx. If you're talking about the one for the Atari 2600, I'm your guy, if you mean the PC one, I got nothing.

I'd like to do Bubble Bobble, but I won't claim it yet as theres lots of other stuff I want to finish before. Something on this that might be worth writing about if yiou want to do this. THe original Arcade version of bubble bobble the Ps1 port gives you around 30 credits (I think) the Tatio Legend Ports work like the arcade version so you can not continue if you die unless they is another player alive at the time. The Ds port does this too but has a Level select so you can start at any level you have reached. The Ps1 port of Bubble Bobble 2 which is its own game has weird things in. Pressing all the shoulder buttons skips levels if you do this on a boss stage the boss sprites goes all glitchy and can attack still but you but you can no longer hurt it. You can go into the level doors to pass the next stage though that apear if you do the trick. It is missing some Background music as well and Picking up certain items crashes the game and makes some code apear on screen. Im not 100% on this though but I think the port was never officaly released. Although quite alot of gaming magazines reviewed it. The american Version of Bubble Bobble Revolution on Ds (And only the american version) has a major game breaking bug making it unbeatable. They did do fixed carts without the bug and gave people a free copy of Rainbow Island Revolution if they sent in the faulty cart. Bubble Bobble Evolution on Psp is by far the worst version of this game that will ever be made theres nothing good about it and has to be one of the Worst remakes of a Classic game series ever.

Of all of the articles based on genres one of them that is relatively small is the survival horror one. I like to see more articles on this genre. There are plenty of series to look up. Here what I know:
Series: Clock Tower The Suffering Dino Crisis Galarians Silent Hill (I know this series is very popular. In fact, I consider it second in popularity after Resident Evil. But the series I believe is consider by some to become mediocre over the years. If someone doesn't write an article of the whole series at least do one or two on the arcade game and the GBA one.) Haunted House Alone in the Dark
Individual games: The Thing Countdown Vampires Martian Gothic Eternal Darkness Sanity's Requiem

Clock Tower is being worked on and there's an Alone in the Dark one that's basically done and just needs to some finishing up in regards to screenshots.

I've been procrastinating on the finishing touches for Silent Hill for like three years now. It'll be ready by New Year's day, thankfully.

I finished an article on Nowhere recently. It's kind of like Silent Hill, but in 2D. There are more horror games on mobile phones, but I still need to sort out which ones are cool like Nowhere and which ones are stupid like Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

He was asking for info on the Silent Hill arcade game for an article over 2 years ago and after I told him about my impressions, I never saw the work in progress blossom into anything.

That's how it started, actually. I've tried reaching him since then, but haven't received a response from him in years. If you still had your information sitting around, though, I'd appreciate it.

I could probably write you a bit about the arcade game. I have some videos of it I took on my iPod for some original footage too.

Looking forward to that article, Jason. I'm a total Silent Hill virgin, so it would help me sort the series out.
