Yeah, I heard about that and got excited. Too bad not much has been said since it's announcement though. :/

I'm actually interested in this, and I'd offer help if you're going to do the article. However, I've only played the first 3 games and have basic information on Mask of the Lunar Eclipse and Real: Another Edition. Spirit Camera is too new for me, but at least it's coming overseas! Cool thanks for the offer. Right now I'm just trying to work out how I'm going to capture images, so I haven't really committed to anything yet. Once I can figure that out then I definitely want to do this. I have all the Fatal Frame games on PS2, Xbox and Wii. Although I haven't had much luck getting the patch for FF4 to work, but I'll figure it out. I managed to get through a couple chapters without knowing what anyone was saying. Definitely grabbing Spirit Camera when it comes out, the AR functions were practically made for a FF game. Although the fact that you have to play it in a light area for it to work sort of ruins the horror aspect of it. =/

A few years ago actually, some other game company had this idea as well for the Nintendo DSi. The game was called Ghostwire: Link to the Paranormal, but I'm not sure if it ever actually came out. The teaser trailers though are still around on youtube.

The teaser trailers though are still around on youtube. They are looking for a new publisher according to Wikipedia.

Hey, everybody! I don't know if there's already a thread of requesting articles, so I decided I'd make one. I can't write worth a shit, so I thought I'd request some articles on games I'd like to see covered on here. Here's my list (it's long).
Banjo-Kazooie Contra Mechwarrior Dragon Force viewtiful Joe Jade Empire Zone of Enders Star Ocean The Bouncer Armed and Dangerous more Super Robot Wars (preferably OG) Cave Story Rance Arc The Lad Raze's Hell Galerians Serious Sam Blood Dark Cloud Princess Maker Baten Kaitos Cubivore Armored Core Frogger games based on Fist of the North Star .hack Tomb Raider Double Switch Beyond Good and Evil
I have more too. I'll be back with more requests.

Somebody had plans to work on an article for Blood, not sure what happened to them.
Personally, I'd want to see articles for Rayman and Crash Bandicoot. I could do most of the article for Crash Bandicoot, but the PS2 games and beyond would be tougher, since I'm pretty low on cash at the moment.

I'd say at least half of those have been mentioned/discussed at some point for articles. But it takes time, and as Bobinator mentions, a budget too if we're covering newer stuff. Some articles we've had up recently have been in the making for over a year.
I'd like to cover Cubivore myself (and Doshin), but no longer have a Wii or Gamecube to take screens. After playing the second Princess Maker on PC, I've also thought the series is worth covering, but damn, it's like 8 games long, almost all of which are in Japanese and are basically stat heavy simulations.
One day... One day.

Hell, I'd consider writing Beyond Good & Evil...whenever I get time to do it. XD

I'm working an a RayForce article, and later, if time permits, would like to do a DonPachi one. There is actually already a Rayforce article completed, it just has yet to be posted. Dodonpachi is open, but keep in mind there's a LOT of stuff to cover, including the Japanese-only X360 stuff.

Dodonpachi is open, but keep in mind there's a LOT of stuff to cover, including the Japanese-only X360 stuff. He's a shmups.com member, there's a fair chance that he already has 'em, heh. The ones that I've had the most trouble finding info on (for both DDP and other Cave series) are the Japan-only cell phone ports: Cave used to have a section on their website with a bit of info on them (I used it in the Espgaluda article), but it's since been taken down. I wonder if it's archived anywhere... On-topic, I'd personally love to see an article on Gust's long-running "Atelier" series, but there are so many Japan-only entries that it'd be a real bear to put together.

Anyone crazy enough to do articles on these series?
Harvest Moon Bomberman
Since there's so many games in each series I really can't think anyone would want to do them. But here's some of my wanted articles...
Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy Gun Second Sight Kickmaster The Immortal Brainlord EVO Search for Eden Sam & Max Hamtaro Sailor Moon Gremlins G. I. Joe Ghostbusters Claymates Clay Fighter Star Fox Cool Spot Drawn Shantae Mad World E.T. The Extraterrestrial Batman Superman Silent Hill The Thing Clock Tower Wild Arms Lunar Mega Man Legends Fallout
and a profile one
Pre-western Dragon Ball games (Meaning the Japanese ones that were made before DBZ became mega popular worldwide.)

I will like to also submit "Generations Lost" as a game that could use an article.

There actually is an article for Sam & Max, it's just exclusive to the adventure game book.
Also, permission to reserve Cool Spot and Thrill Kill, gentlemen? I'd also be interested into looking into Clay Fighter, if nobody else wants it.
