Just thought of another game series that I'd love to see an article on sometime: Moji Pittan. It's quite popular in Japan, but over here it's COMPLETELY unknown... yet, if you're trying to learn Japanese, Moji Pittan is like a godsend! It's a puzzle game that's kinda like Japanese Scrabble with a gun to your head... every stage features Katamari Damacy-like accompanying music, and has a certain challenge that you need to meet within a specified time limit -- i.e. one stage might require that you spell out 30 words including the "no" moji, while another will be shaped like Tokyo Tower, and automatically fill in the letters "to-kyo-tawa-", then require that you fill up every single empty square on the board.
So far, to my knowledge, there have been four versions of the game: "Kotoba no Puzzle Moji Pittan" for PS2, "Moji Pittan Advance" for GBA, "Moji Pittan Daijiten" for PSP (which actually allows you to view definitions for every single word you spell out, and keeps a "personal dictionary" of all the words you've spelled thus far during the entire course of the game), and oddly enough, "XenoPittan" -- the Xenosaga-themed Moji Pittan game featured in the PS2 title "Xenosaga Freaks", backed by a version of the series theme song "Futari no Moji Pittan" sung by the voice actresses for Shion, KOS-MOS, and MOMO.
There may have been some other Moji Pittan games before these, as well. Personally, I discovered the series with XenoPittan, and have only extensively played Moji Pittan Daijiten for PSP.
Anyway, I'm just rambling now. Really, I should be sleeping, since I've been up for a very long time, and have work at 3pm tomorrow! (:

Welp, since I brought it up in another thread and there seems to be many fans of the game... Rayman! ;D

Hi everyone.
I really want to read those articles about Clock Tower Series & Kagero/Tecmos deception.
Instead, I love to make an article about Clock Tower series, but sadly my english is very very very bad.

I bought all of the Clock Tower/Deception games solely for writing an article on them.
Then never got around to it. D'oh.

If you ever DO write a Clock Tower article, you should make sure to include some info on Capcom's Haunting Ground, which pretty much succeeds everywhere that Clock Tower 3 fails. (: Clock Tower 3 was such a disgrace... Capcom totally missed the point of the series. But at least they made up for it with Haunting Ground. (:

^Clock Tower 3 was only published by Capcom, so it's really Sunsoft's fault. The games that came before were developed by Human Entertainment.

Ooh, OK. I didn't know that, actually. I thought Capcom had bought out Human, and developed Clock Tower 3 themselves.
You know it's bad, though, when you can predict the psycho stalker's appearance within plus-or-minus 5 seconds, almost every time... I was actually able to PRE-EMPTIVELY HIDE in Clock Tower 3, as I pretty much got down the timing for the villains' appearances. And that's just sad! The reason the first two Clock Tower games succeeded (not counting Ghost Head / 2 U.S., which was bad in an entirely different way!) is because you honestly NEVER KNEW when Scissorman would show up. You could go 45 minutes without seeing him, and then look at a painting, and have him suddenly DIVE OUT FROM BEHIND IT. It was freakin' awesome!! (:
