The Sony PSP got off to a rocky start and this year seems to be picking up.
What do you think about the future of the PSP?

Loco Roco looks good, and so does that new Tetsuya Mizuguchi game. Seems like everything else is going to be ports.

It's getting interesting, though I wonder what Sony thnks of it given how quickly they ported GTA: Liberty Stories to the PS2.

it looks a little more promising now than it did when it first came out, but a large portion of its games are still just ports and remakes. which isn't a terrible thing if it's Mega Man Powered Up (although i'm half and half on that one), but Ys VI on PSP sort of makes me want to cry.

The only game I'm really excited for in the future is the Power Stone collection.
Capcom Classics Remix was amazing to me, but I hate to sound like every other person who's bashing the PSP (which I'm trying not to) is that I get a general feeling of "I've played this already". Lumines and Exit were the only two games I've played that had a freshness to it (keep note that I haven't played many PSP games), and I'm awaiting for Pursuit Force when I get the money.

Actually Burnout Legends on the PSP is the superior portable version of the game. It was also an excellent addition to the Burnout franchise.
Though I admit that looking at my PSP collection, it's a very remake centric collection. But ya know...there's something to be said for portable Guilty Gear XX # Reload.
Now if we could only get some KoF action on it.
