Hi I'm new to this site but I must say I really like it, from just a glance I want to get all the Langrisser games now because of the review, but I wasn't sure where to do that at. I checked ebay and that so far looks like the best spot.
I was also wondering where to import other games from such as Generation of chaos exceed, and persona 2 innocent sin and Genso Suiko Gaiden Vol.
I don't speak much japanese but I am about to go to college to learn the language so I just wanted the games ready for when I understand the language.

I keep meaning to put up something about import stores. Anyway, in general eBay is your best bet. The thing is you'll need to wait until games pop up, and depending on the title, you may need to pay a premium for them. www.yamatoku.jpwww.paletweb.com/www.japangamestock.comAll of these are located in Japan, and stock lots of stuff. They're mostly of the cheaper variety but it's worth looking at. Also: www.play-asia.comThey mostly stock new games, but they have a big classic section too. Problem is, they're REALLY expensive, much more so than anywhere else. I'm not sure which Generations of Chaos you're referring too (how many are there again?) but I got two of them (Next and 3, I think) for the PS2 for like $7 at Play Asia. Persona 2 IS I had a friend grab me from Japan, although I've seen it pop up infrequently on eBay. Genso Suikoden 1 I got from Paletweb. As for the Japanese language stuff - classes are good to learning the basics and grammar, but if you're going to get into video games, I'd honestly recommend more self-study. Classes won't teach you most of what you'll need to play a game. Just memorize the hiragana and katakana ASAP, then just start playing games, messing with the menus and figuring out the kanji. Langrisser is pretty easy to play once you get this down, although you still end up missing out on the story.

Sometimes importers go too far--like when MP83 imported that crazy ass avatar. 'Mind-boggling little bugger... Make it stop.
Anyway, it's a small world: I just bought from the first two eBay sellers mentioned by DiscoAlucard (yamatoku and palet_ch). I recommend the former over the latter. Yamatoku was a better communicator, and that can be pretty important.

Actually, I primarily use ebay to obtain most of my import stuff. Well, trips to NYC Chinatown help too.
