www.hardcoregaming101.net/blazingdragons/blazingdragons.htmI'd had this game for years and was curious about it for even longer, but I hadn't tried it until an article was submitted. It's got a British sensibility about it, and I honestly enjoyed it a lot more than the (first) Discworld game, because it has a similar sense of humor without being so tediously difficult. The graphic style is also legions better than the cartoon, which I didn't even know existed until I found a torrent of it. Anyway, weird that this adventure game was only released on the 32-bit systems and not the PC, but it controls alright on a console.

Hot damn! Yeah, this is a pretty good game. Never actually ran across anyone else who'd heard of it. Hope this gets some others to give it a shot.

This is one of the few traditional style adventure games to get a console exclusive release.
I always felt it was pretty well made even if it got a little bit boring sometimes. I should play it again sometimes, because I don't really remember too much outside of enjoying it. Great article!

I always thought the game predated the cartoon. Certainly, I'd heard of the game first, from an EGM preview... it was called something else at the time.
I never got to play it, but it always looked good... the cartoon, on the other hand, was asinine, despite a really strong premise.

I saw this game for the Saturn at a local retro game shop. Looks like I am going to have to go back tomorrow and pick it up.

Weird indeed that there is no PC release. I wonder if the engine is at all similar to the one used by Scooby Doo?
Some grammar bits:
portylu The Knights set off Flicker is sentenced
Pier Piper (should be Pied Piper?) over. who faithfully (should be a comma) admirably John Cleese (should be admirable) Sega Genesis, and did a bang-up while they are annoying (should be there are)
