After a quick vote, February's game of the month is Vagrant Story for the Playstation and Playstation Network. Wikipedia describes the game as the following:
Vagrant Story (ベイグラントストーリー Beiguranto Sutōrī?) is a Japanese-developed role-playing video game developed and published by Square (now Square Enix) for the PlayStation video game console. The game was released in 2000, and has been re-released through the PlayStation Network for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable consoles eleven years later. Vagrant Story was primarily developed by the team responsible for Final Fantasy Tactics, with Yasumi Matsuno serving as producer, writer and director.
The game takes place in the fictional kingdom of Valendia and the ruined city of Leá Monde. The story centers on Ashley Riot, an elite agent known as a Riskbreaker, who must travel to Leá Monde to investigate the link between a cult leader and a senior Valendian Parliament member, Duke Bardorba. In the prologue, Ashley is blamed for murdering the duke, and the game discloses the events that happen one week before the murder.
Vagrant Story is unique as a console action/adventure role-playing game in that it features no shops and no player interaction with other characters; instead, the game focuses on weapon creation and modification, as well as elements of puzzle-solving and strategy. Overall, the game received positive reviews from gaming magazines and websites.

As always, outside guides and FAQs are a no-no, as is cheating, but you are welcome to use savestates to resume progress as long as you do not abuse them. Remember, the goal is not necessarily to beat the entire game within the span of a month, but rather to chronicle your experience with the game. If you have any tips, hints, or anecdotes you'd like to share, please do!

Edit - The original post for the curious:
While January's podcast is still being edited, we've decided to do things a little bit differently this month: rather than be entirely at the mercy of the randomizer, we've decided to pick the top 3 results and let you guys vote for February's game instead!
*NOTE*: When voting, please choose a game that you want to play - and will play - but have not beaten entirely or beaten recently, say within 5 - 10 years. If you're going to vote, we'd like to have you along for the ride!
With that out of the way, here are the Top 3 Games the randomizer chose for this month:
