For just plain flat out craziness, do check out Paranoiascape, designed by a Hollywood special effets artist who calls himself: Screaming Mad George. But what could a game designed by such a freak look like? And a pinball game above all! Well, this entry in the genre definetely sets itself apart as it's in 3D and... played in first person. Yeah, a first-person pinball! The real hook though is the grotesque monster and level designs. They do defy description. It's probably taking a bit of inspiration from Alien/Devil/Jaki Crush, but still totally nutty. I'm surprised that I've never heard of it before. Very cool to learn of it, I'll have to try to pick it up someday.

That looks trippy as fuck. And like Succubus said it certainly looks inspired by the Naxat Crush series. Hell, it's probably a megatrippy version of it.

The screenshots make this look like a pretty cool FPS in the vein of Blood or Killing Time...but it's a pinball game?! Now this I gotta track down...
