I've been meaning to get a flash cart/sd cart, so I might check one out. Any experience with or word on the SNES or Megadrive/Genesis versions? The Everdrive and SD2SNES have been sold out.
As for the game itself, I've been on a Famicom collecting binge, and this game looks really awesome. Also, it's from the Tiawan.

Unfortunately I have no experience with SNES or MD flash cartridges. I've read the SNES one is much easier to deal with, since you don't have to set up the mappers. Unfortunately there is no mapper support yet for Don Doko Don 2 on the powerpak.

It's not an error of emulation. Its just how emulators initialize it's RAM. Normally, permanent fly effect is enabled by cheat:
"When "ASDER" logo is displaying, hold Down + Left + B + Select on the first controller, palette will flashing. This enables some debug features during game. First of all, it's enable "permanent flight" effect, when you can jump as high as you wish, just by pressing jupm button. Additionally, during game press Up + B to increase your power state, which gives you the more powerful weapon and an extra hit by the enemy, which isn't counting as loosing life."
Cheat enable flag is at 0x0100 address, and it's address should be non zero for cheat disabled. by default in fceu emulators this address is zero at start, so debug feature is on too.

Thank you for joining the forum to explain this. Welcome to HG101! Are you an employee of Asder, or just a fan of the game? A regular HG101 visitor perhaps - how did you stumble across the article?

It's obvious that the language barrier is a problem with this article. I know a little Chinese, so here's some info about the game.
There are two playable characters: the Yellow Emperor (黃帝 Huángdì) and the Flame Emperor (炎帝 Yándì). The final boss is Chiyou (蚩尤 Chīyóu), the Yellow Emperor's enemy from the actual legend of the Battle of Zhuolu. This is what the game actually has to do with the story. As for the story in the game, the guy on the flying sword is the Yellow Emperor flying to fight against Chīyóu. I might try to translate everything later.
The first level is named "Thunder Beast" (雷獸 Leishou). Obviously the level is named after the boss. I think the other levels are all named after bosses too, but I'll have to check.
Also, I think the "strange deer/turtle mutants" in the first stage are actually Dragon Turtles (龍龜 lóngguī), a type of legendary Chinese creature.
