BTW, Seishun=Youth. I just wanted to point out that "Youth Scandal" is actually a pretty cool title, unlike "My Hero". I also think the game has nice visuals, with those deep Master System colors and urban landscapes (which remain my favorite type of videogame setting, maybe cause I find it relatable? Not that I can relate to beating endless waves of punks, though). It's just a shame I never actually enjoyed playing it. It's very difficult to make this genre involving. Not beat 'em alls, which I like, but those single-plane side-scrollers with endless streams of enemies who die in one hit. I did eventually sort of get into the Genesis port of Altered Beast enough to finish it, but that's mostly because it has certain undefinable charm and the beast transformations were pretty cool.
