I wouldn't have a problem with that. I'm kinda hoping with Nintendo's renewed focus on Star Fox 2 maybe Fay or Miyu can get incorporated into a main Star Fox title. The main reason I got Starlink was for the Star Fox stuff.

ImpossibleKirby and the Rainbow Curse - This is too tied to touch to be portable. I'm not sure why you say this. Touch-only portable Switch games are a thing. I even re-bought Severed on the Switch

With nothing much happening right now I picked up a couple of PS4 games Guacamelee: One-Two Punch Collection Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack Streets of Rage 4 Trine 4 Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection La-Mulana 1&2: Hidden Treasures Edition Indivisible JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven Ninja Saviors: Return of the Warriors Oceanhorn: Monster of the Uncharted Seas Shadow Complex Transistor The last three were especially difficult to find physical copies of, so I’m happy to have them I’m most excited to finally play through the Guacamelees though.

Beat FF13-2 and doing the side and post game content. There's some grind to get the materials to upgrade the monsters. There's tonnes of preparation to be done before you can grind efficiently for them.

So the fighting game that begun life as a MLP fan game, had a surprise trailer drop, after a competition yesterday, for its goat character.

Monolith has some still unannounced game that's been in development for two years. If that's an X2, I think that significantly lowers the chances of seeing an XCX remake any time soon. Considering how it ended, I'd rather see a sequel than a remake.
There's still a few other unmentioned first party games that haven't see a Switch port or successor that functionally replaces it. I might be missing a little, but I think this is actually more or less complete.
Possible NES Remix - This seems like such a no brainer to bring over as almost all the games are on Switch Online already. Make it a freebie with subscription like Tetris 99.
Nintendo Land - I put the similar Game & Wario as a "Not Likely" mainly because it's not that great, but there's enough in Nintendo Land that's worthwhile enough to either break up as individual releases or to return along with new games in a sequel.
Star Fox Zero - I liked it a lot, and the gamepad is significantly more optional than any of the previews made it seem.
"Wii" Sports Club - The Switch has all the hardware of the Motion+ and then some which couldn't be assumed on the Wii U and lead to Club being such a step down. A full port of Sports Resort is 100% doable.
Not Likely Dr. Luigi - Just for the sake of completeness, I don't imagine this coming over directly or a new Dr. Mario being released due to World.
Game & Wario - I really don't see this happening. It's such a slight release and most of the mini-games are less substantive than in Nintendo Land.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars - I think the main question is if this is still a series that's going to continue in general. Tipping Stars felt like it was the end.
Mini Mario & Friends: Amiibo Challenge - I guess TS isn't technically the last game, but I don't think an Amiibo focused freebie spin-off is going to see a new version.
PM: Color Splash - I loved Origami King, but I don't see CS coming over since the next game is such a huge improvement.
Pushmo World - I think IS got tired of the series since the last game was in 2015, and there hasn't been a peep since.
Impossible Kirby and the Rainbow Curse - This is too tied to touch to be portable ported.
Sing Party - This isn't going to happen since there's no longer a built in mic. It's kind of insane really how there's only really 3D World and Xenoblade X to go as far as porting major Wii U exclusives. I can't really see anything besides those two getting port at this point. Game & Wario has some good multiplayer minigames that could be ported to a single-screen system. It would be a shame to leave the brilliant Fruit as a Wii U exclusive. Nintendo Land would be harder. The best minigames (Luigi's Mansion and the Mario tag one) are entirely dependent on one player having a different screen available to them. Pushmo and Mario vs Donkey Kong I'm sure will return at some point, but with a new game. They kind of went completely overboard with both those franchises in a short time. Dr. Mario will probably return on the Switch sooner or later. World is completely different and the point of the mobile games is to lure people into buying their console stuff anyway. Dr. Mario also hasn't really skipped that many Nintendo consoles. Only the GBC and VB. Wii Sports Club I forgot even existed. They could bring back Wii Sports Resort I guess, but I don't think it would be as good without the Wiimote (plus). The Joycons aren't even nearly as good for the bowling in 51 Worldwide Games, and that's pretty much just Wii Sports Resort Bowling.

I only played Game & Wario in single player so I wasn't really thinking about multiplayer. That is true about Nintendo Land though. I'd mainly like to see DK Crash Course broken off I guess. That was one of my all time Wii U favorites by itself. It'd be nice to get sequels that bring back the adaptable parts, but I get the feeling that 1-2-Switch was the equivalent of those this generation.
That's weird that the bowling game is wonky. I don't think the Resort version actually used the gyroscope and only added new modes. I'd think that's more of a software problem than an issue with the hardware.

I'd say the biggest problem with Wii Sports is branding. Nintendo has purposely distanced themselves from the Wii name and Mii's (though to a smaller degree). There's clearly still potential for a game like this, but it needs a new franchise successor similar to Ring Fit Adventure rather than a rerelease or direct sequel.

So it looks like Toei OVA Knuckles and Sonic Heroes Rouge are coming to Sonic Dash.

DK Crash Course does seem to be a popular one from Nintendo Land. I mostly played it in multiplayer, though. Same goes for Game & Wario. Both of those have some great multiplayer that utilizes the Gamepad. Fruit legit is one of the best things Nintendo has ever put out. And I don't know if the bowling really is that wonky or if I just suck, but I never had any trouble playing either Wii version. I don't really think the small size of the Joycons would work as well as the Wiimote for a lot of Wii Sports Resort stuff.

I adore the Luigi's Mansion game in multiplayer on wiiu. Reminds me of pac man vs. it's unfortunate that it's tied to the second screen but could maybe work with two switches.
I think it's a pity the second screen was so under utilised. There was a few multiplayer games that worked really well on the wiiu with the second screen basically being a tablet for a dungeon master to mess with the other players.

I don't really think the small size of the Joycons would work as well as the Wiimote for a lot of Wii Sports Resort stuff. I just tried bowling on 51 Worldwide Classics (over 100 hours on that game and I never thought of trying it before). It's definitely not the same. I'm not sure if this is a hardware reason or just software? If it's a hardware reason though and if there was a desire to bring the software over surely they'd just do some kind of Wii remote adapter? Nintendo love their peripherals after all. I do think bowlings inclusion in Worldwide Classics speaks to Nintendo's lack of intent to bring back Wii Sports in it's current form though. With regard to under utilisation of the Wii U Gamepad I always felt Nintendo knew they were onto a loser before it released and didn't develop software for it with the hardware features in mind. I expect Switch was the goal all along and the tech was too expensive at the time. I don't know why asymmetrical multiplayer hasn't otherwise caught on in video games though. It's an idea well used in the board game market (Android: Netrunner for e.g.). Personally my favourite multiplayer game on Wii U was Pikmin Bingo, and that of course will be coming back. Goodbye my life.

A Parodius parody game? Does that mean it'll be just Gradius again? My brain hurts...
