That was a product of Expert Software? I feel like they were more casual than that. I remember having Pinball 2000 as a kid (it was a port of Pinball Dreams to DOS, with only two tables. Though according to GameFAQs, PD was ported to DOS intact. So maybe it was a budget version I had or something? ) and a crossword/word find game. I remember from their catalog, they mostly seem to make non-gaming software, like a house designer and some WordArt knockoff. And I think they published the three PC volumes of Sega Smash Pack. Had to be among the last before I'm sure they got ate up by some bigger company.
I CANNOT forget Casino Expert. I had that too as a kid. Laziest casino simulation I ever played. Very basic, and they didn't even put in error checking on the bidding. I remember playing around with that a lot as a kid.

Athena was developed by "Aludra Software" (that's what 'AS' stands for) a Canadian "developer of CD-ROM software for the home consumer and corporate markets." From what I've gathered, they principally developed cheap office software and such, but also music software. Their music software is probably what they're best known for. They also published budget games titles like Super Taxi Driver. Here's some interesting links: They have a Mobygames pageHere's their official websiteAnd their catalogue
An article from 1998
It's always cool to ear from indie developer from back in the days. Even if their work wasn't groundbreaking, it's just fun to look at it with a 20 years of step-back. And since we're still talking about them after all these years, these guys merits a respectful golf-clap.

A direct disc ➡ iso would have been preferable but thanks nonetheless

It seems that a lot of games were planned for the unreleased Panasonic M2, except those by Konami. Also, the story behind how the prototype for IMSA World Championship Racing got dumped online is insane! Since i have sometime free for myself from college and personal stuff, i'll post about unreleased Neo Geo games soon

Are Block Fever and Computer Othello, both from Nintendo, ever gonna be found? It's been 40 years.
No one expected anyone to find Monkey Magic, but they did in 2015.

I think the biggest bummer in terms of lost games is Sega's Heavyweight Champ (1976), the first fighting game ever. Since it was a discrete-logic game, it had no hope to survive unless someone, somewhere, maintained a cabinet. They didn't.
A runner-up would be Watergate Caper (1973), the very first ripped-from-the-headlines game ever, as well as the first political game: Probably hasn't been a cabinet in existence since the 70s.

OK so, here's a list of Lost/Unreleased titles for the Neo Geo MVS/AES or CD: - Sun Shine (a.k.a. Block Paradise): A puzzle game kinda similar to Sega's Colums and notable for being the smallest Neo Geo game in terms of memory size (at 18 Megs). It's currently dumped but not yet released online to the public...
- Fun Fun Bros.: A re-skin of Sun Shine but with The Blues Brothers-like thematic. Unlike Sun Shine, Fun Fun Bros. has not been found and dumped to be released online to the public. One of the few unreleased titles in the platform to have a confirmed production number (NGH-026)...
- Dunk Star & Mystic Wand: Two in one this time, as both were showcased at the same event during the same year (CES most likely). While Dunk Star is dumped but not released online to the public, Mystic Wand has not been found nor dumped to be released online...
- Puzzlekko Club: A puzzle game by Visco. That's all its known about it, besides the picture...Visco : Puzzlekko Club
- Treasure Of The Caribbean: Another puzzle game, this time by Face. There was a release done by Neo Conception International & Le Cortex in recent years, but its not the same game...
- King of Athletes: Presumably a sports game...
- Ninja Gaiden II: Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you. There was going to be a Ninja Gaiden II for the Neo Geo following the footsteps of the original Ninja Gaiden arcade...昔のチラシ類を見ていたら、確か未発売だった「Ninja外伝II」とか見つけたし。なんか既視感あるなぁと思ったら、「熱血親子」(テクノソフト)にイメージ被ってた
- Last Odyssey: Pinball Fantasia: The only pinball game for the Neo Geo. Currently dumped but not released online to the public. Also planned for the Neo Geo CD...
- Maseki Taisen Stoon: It appears to be a dating sim game. Its currently unknown if a proto of this game has survived or not...
- The Warlocks of the Fates (a.k.a. Shinryu Senki): A fighting game by Astec21. Currently dumped but not available to the general public...
- Hebereke's Pair Pair Wars: A puzzle entry in the well regarded Hebereke series. Its production number is NGH-226. Its unknown if a proto is still alive and kicking...
- Karate Ninja Shō: A mix of fighting & beat 'em up.
- The Eye of Typhoon: The second South Korean game to be developed for the Neo Geo (after Fight Fever). Not known if a prototype of the Neo Geo versión has survived or not, but it was released for the 3DO...THE EYE OF TYPHOON / FIGHT FEVER 2
- Magic Master (a.k.a. Mahou Juku): Yet another puzzle game, this time by Saurus. And yet, another one that's dumped but not released online to the public...
- Neo Pool Master: A pool game that currently sits dumped but not released online within the hands of Dion Dakis...Neo Pool Master
- Q.P. (Quality People): A minigame variety title by Succes (of Cotton fame)...
- Dance RhythMIX: Probably ADK's very last production for the Neo Geo before their closure in 2003. A prototype exists but its not dumped and available online...
- Poker Kingdom / Bingo Island: Two gambling games that were never published by BrezzaSoft...Poker Kingdom / Bingo Island
- Garou: Mark of the Wolves 2...新生SNKのモノ作りはここから始まる。「餓狼MOW2」の話題も飛び出した,「THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIV」開発陣インタビュー
Those are pretty much all of the unreleased titles for the Neo Geo platform...

The most annoying and retarded thing about all of that is the quantity of known dumps but not released to public ... eh the hoarders!

I wish Hamster/SNK would hunt down the collectors copies and release them. Doesn't take away their value since they may own the only physical version surviving. I know G-Mode has the rights to Ghostlop.

The most annoying and retarded thing about all of that is the quantity of known dumps but not released to public ... eh the hoarders! Fuck the .ROM hoarders and private collectors! They think they're special but in reality, they are little pieces of fucking shit I do understand it if you're a former game developer but for the rest? Fuck no! I wish Hamster/SNK would hunt down the collectors copies and release them. Doesn't take away their value since they may own the only physical version surviving. I know G-Mode has the rights to Ghostlop. Even so, collectors will hold on to their copies. Why? Value and all because of a stupid NGH number that you can only find via internal SNK paperworks I would absolutely love to play Sun Shine and Last Odyssey though...

I guess it must not be dumped anywhere? Is that link just a demo or the full game? I'd purchase it for $75 but the shipping cost to US kills it. I wonder if he'd consider an offer for just that one game?

The link is for the full Japanese version. It's the first time I see an English version. I've tried to write to him to know if he'd consider selling just 1 game (or what are the other games he's talking about in the description) but haven't got an answer yet. And yes.... Canada's shipping cost are always horrible.
