They actually made a joke trailer for Gone Home which was like, violence/guns DLC didn't they?

For our next trick podcast, we cover the excellent indie horror title, and spot on homage to 90s FMV games, Five Nights at Freddy's! Joining us on this one is super special guest Guru Larry, who you may remember from the ESWAT Post Mortem. Five Nights at Freddy's can be purchased on Steam or DRM free on Desura. There's also an Android port, which lets you purchase adorable plush variants of the charming, but sometimes murderous, main cast of FNAF.

After a brief hiatus, we return with Lifeless Planet! An unusual blend of exploration with light platforming, it never quite lives up to its full potential. Lifeless Planet can be purchased on Steam and DRM free on GOG.

Hey guys, the next First Strike is on the way, as a preview for a smidgen of the content I threw a review of FNAF's 2 on Steam for those of you burning for an opinion. Personal anecdotes and why my opinion turned out the way it did will be in the FS!

It's that time again, and this time we have not one, but TWO games to talk about! This First Strike is so big it's been broken into two parts, covering both Ziggurat and Lethal League. Both games are available on Steam and are currently discounted as part of the Winter sale!

Another day, another First Strike! And another double header, to boot. We're covering two run & guns with a twist this time, namely Broforce and Super Time Force Ultra!. Broforce is currently in Early Access, while STFU can be purchased from either Steam or GOG.

Hmm, that's odd. I updated the feed source about two hours ago, so it should be on there... unless I did something wrong, but I can't check from where I am right now.

Turns out I accidentally put January 2014 as the publishing date. It's fixed now, but since I'm not an RSS feed user, I don't know if you need to do anything in particular for it to update again.

I already downloaded it manually and am listening to it now. Two comments: 1) Kal is wrong. The game was originally released for the Xbox 360 as just 'Super Time Force' in May 2014. Super Time Force is the upgraded windows version. 2) I finished the entire game without realising there were lock aim/lock movement buttons. Incidentally, I didn't realize that Contra 3 had a lock movement button either until semi-recently. I think Shattered Soldier is the first game that has both?

Contra Hard Corps has it too, either by pressing weapon switch while shooting, or by pressing X, Y or Z on the Genesis pad!

I didn't realise they changed the name, talk about a subtle adjustment. We knew that the lead system wasn't the PC but it wasn't overly pertinent since the main changes were additional characters - does that mean that the *ultra* bonus damage forms don't exist in the 360 version...would definitely recommend away from that one then.

Here's what Capy says: So yes, I guess the Ultra Force characters are new? I don't even know what they are. I guess I didn't meet the criteria.

When you beat Super Time Force Ultra, you unlock "ultra" versions of the characters that deal more damage but only last 10 seconds.

Edited my above post after your reply, but anyways... I finished the game and didn't actually mess around with it after. So I guess I did unlock the Ultra Force characters, but didn't use them.
