Yeah. It took a long time before I realized that I only watched B&BH for the video parts. To this day I can't watch Pantera's This Love video without thinking of Phil Anselmo's dad calling him Pantera and yelling at him for crying.
I forgot about Agents of SHIELD until it just came on. Such garbage.

I forgot about Agents of SHIELD until it just came on. Such garbage. I like Agents of SHIELD alright, though the first season was without a doubt quite terrible; it improved significantly in the second season, and the opening of the third season has raised my hopes for the show a bit (in spite of the lingering whiff of shite). I can think of very few other shows which reach quite the intensity which SHIELD can occasionally muster (heavy emphasis on occasionally). Case in point: I mean, you can probably skip the rest of the show and not feel like you've really missed anything, but that was rather well-executed fight (and camera) choreography there.

Everyone: if you haven't already, please watch Gravity Falls from the beginning. That is all.

I've been hooked on the Flash. I just blew through the first season on Netflix. A much better debut than Arrow(I assume they learned from their early mistakes with that one). It's still got the typical tv sci-if cheese, but I really like Grant Gustin as Barry Allen and can't imagine seeing another actor in his place in the upcoming films. The use of the Rogues was pretty cool. Mark Hamill reprising the Trickster, Reverse Flash, and a fairly good looking Grodd was impressive to see. I hope I can catch up on season 2 this week.

The opening to season 2 is paced a little strangely, but it's extremely refreshing that they've finally removed Iris' Ring of Stupidity (since that was one of the few things that got on my nerves in the first season). Plus, Mark Hamill made an appearance again in the most recent episode, which practically got me squealing in fanboy glee.

I am now officially out of Top Gear episodes to watch on Netflix. I guess I'm stuck waiting for at least one premiere, now; either new Top Gear (with entirely different presenters...and Matt LeBlanc?) or "The Grand Tour" (the original trio's thing for Amazon Prime).

Not sure if I've posted it here before, but the trailer for the new Lethal Weapon TV series just dropped.

Only TV show I'm following right now is Lucha Underground It's very entertaining. I haven't watched wrestling since the hand birth thing WWF/E did waaay back in the day. That was my "I quit." moment. I actually heard they had a teenager in a hand suit come on recently, which I have to give them props for making fun of themselves.

I finally joined the rest of the modern world and got Netflix. Well, I got it because I'm sharing an account with some other people, but still. I gotta say, I was initially reluctant to try it, because the Dutch Netflix doesn't have as many shows as the US one, but I'm having a good time with it so far.
Been watching Rick and Morty, which is surely one of the best shows I've ever seen (too bad I still had to download the second season since it's not on Netflix), House of Cards, which is probably the best drama series I've ever watched (although I'm only at season 2), Bojack Horseman, which is interesting, and Mad Men, which I've been meaning to watch for a while and is great so far.
I really hope that Netflix will be able to secure some more shows for the Dutch version in the future, since it's pretty convenient.
If only the video quality would be a bit consistent.

Anyone check out Stranger Things on Netflix yet? A really good horror show. Just finished the season last night and really enjoyed it. Anyone who's into John Carpenter, Stephen King, or even Lovecraft should enjoy. Lots nice homages and throwbacks that aren't intrusive. And actual, good child actors.
