That's how I got into the Battletech universe as well. In fact it made me want to play the video games because of the "enhanced imaging" sequences.
Then the first one I played was for the Sega Genesis, which disappointed me as a kid, but as an adult I actually really enjoy it for its unique two player mode (basically one player drives the mech, the other does the shooting, and this is twice as awesome as it sounds) and for the oddity of you playing as the Clans with the Inner Sphere as your targets (that's one of the neat things about the Btech universe, how there's really no "bad guys"). For some reason the SNES version of this was called Mechwarrior 3050.
By the way, if you ever find the novel "The Sword and the Dagger," grab it and hold onto it. I found it for fifty cents... then later found out its extremely rare due to some contract stipulation which prevented it from being reprinted, so most people online sell it for fifty plus dollars.
Also BTW... there's a sourcebook for the original game based on the cartoon, and also a fanmade game called like MegaMek or something (which is basically a hex-based strategy game that utilizes the original rules) that has maps based on the cartoon.

Gargoyles was great. Though admittedly, it starts falling apart in the 3rd season. I love how it tied in the Illuminati, and brought back characters from previous episodes into an encompassing mythology.
Pity about Pirates of Dark Water. It never got a proper ending. The plot is just left hanging (but so does Gargoyles I suppose).
The Bots Master. I really enjoyed the family of robots. A lot characters, and a lot of personality.
SWAT Cats. I find it hilarious that the answer to each episode is attack the enemy with a jet.
Bionic 6. A multicultural super hero family. With a fantastic title song, and intro animation that looked like it was outsourced to an anime studio.
Video Power, The Power Team. Talk about a weird collection of video game characters, taking cast from Attack of The Killer Tomatoes, NARC, Wizards and Warriors, Arch Rivals, and the monster truck Big Foot.

Even Disney recognized that with Gargoyles, which is why only the first 2 seasons are on dvd.

Don’t know if this counts, but I enjoyed Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers. It balances both sci-fi and western genres in an interesting way. Also, it stars a pre-Law & Order Jerry Orbach.

I'm still waiting on any news about that Swat Kats reboot that got Kickstarted. I'm going to be honest, out of all the Super Fighting Animal Team cartoons out there, that's probably the best one out of all of them. I'd even go as far as to put it in the top... let's say 10... of the best 90s action cartoons. It was pretty much peak 90s, sure, but just the animation alone is shockingly good for the era. The show itself... still holds up reasonably well, I'd say. It's kind of goofy at times, as you'd expect of a mid-90s production, but the fight scenes are great, the villians are appropriately threatening, and it's one of those rare shows where they're not afraid to kill off the bad guys, every so often. I honestly don't think they'd have to do all that much to modernize it if that Kickstarter goes anywhere, short of maybe toning down the ridiculously Irish/Scottish, golf-obsessed mayor.
Also, it has pretty much the best theme of any cartoon I can think of.

I know I'm ignoring and downplaying the importance of a lot of factors here, but that Swat Kats Kickstarter was doomed to accomplish nothing when they were asking for 50 grand just to write the series bible. And if WB passed on this reboot, who else is going to pick it up and compete with Marvel/DC/Star Wars and whatever the hell replaced Ben 10?

Video Power, The Power Team. Talk about a weird collection of video game characters, taking cast from Attack of The Killer Tomatoes, NARC, Wizards and Warriors, Arch Rivals, and the monster truck Big Foot. Time for a game of "I'm a huge nerd because I know this," but the tomato character Kwirk isn't from Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, he's from a little-known NES/Gameboy game called... Kwirk. I can see why you think he's from Killer Tomatoes tho. He totally looks like Fuzzy Tomato. For that matter, the Killer Tomatoes cartoon was one of my childhood favorites. I'd love for it to get rereleased on DVD, but for some reason it hasn't happened even though the movie series has been.

OMG, Kwirk might not even be a tomato!?!? I do remember the actual Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. With that catchy intro song, and the cute girl who was... a tomato?!

So, I remembered this used to be a thing I watched at some point, though I can't recall much about. Something about fragile alliances and a planet devouring entity. It doesn't seem mentioned all that often compared to Mainframe's other works.

That short lived early 90s trend of cartoons based on 70s and 80s grindhouse movies is so odd, especially the Toxic Avenger cartoon (whose idea was to adapt a movie series with gore and nudity for kids?) I'm surprised there wasn't a Pink Flamingos cartoon.
