Help needed identifying a 10 second music track

Hello, I was going through some audio cassettes and found a tiny portion of music mixed in between radio music. I'm thinking it is probably video game music that I recorded at some point while playing around with a tape recorder.

I'm scratching my head as to what said game might be, but it sounds PS1-like?

Don't think I've heard it, but Namco made a lot of dance-oriented soundtracks around that time so it could be from one of their games.
