Sierra did have a business relationship with Disney in the early 80s, Dinosaurs is Disney but made by Henson, so maybe they thought it'd be okay?

So Dinosaurs was owned by Disney, though Disney didn't own ABC until... 1997?

Yeah. Disney had the closest relationship to ABC out of all the networks.

Hitman 2 Silent Assasin first demo(Bulid 205) some weapon uses real names while in second demo and full version uses diffrent names for example AMT Hardballer = Silverballer Berreta 92 = 9mm pistol Spas 12 = SP12 That's something you'll see all over the place in video games, most famously with Goldeneye and many subsequent James Bond FPS games (Quantum of Solace on PS3/360/PC even makes their fake gun names into subtle references to the names of other Bond films). Loads of examples in this TV Tropes article, naturally.
