Some of Puyo Puyo's games have great first and/or last level themes, but I felt that not every game has the best in both. For example, in Puyo Puyo 7 I felt that the first theme is the best but it's the second-last theme that can match the greatness of the first theme (I am not feeling the actual last theme). Therefore, I guess Puyo Puyo Tsu has the best of both:

Those aren't bad picks, but that's not really what this thread is about. We're looking for level themes. Try giving it another look? "((That second one technically isn't the very last stage, but close enough.))" So I'd say this is fine. But if you've changed your mind then don't listen to those picks I guess. Also there is a subforum for music topics.
