How to load save states in XM7? (FM-7 emulator)

I've been trying to play a game for the FM-7AV called Deep Forest using the emulator XM7.  I couldn't figure out the method of saving by normal means, so I figured I would just use save states. Saving is easy enough, I just need to click on "名前を付けて保存". However, I can't figure out how to actually load the file. No option to do so appears anywhere in the menu (as far as I could see). Does anyone know how to do this?
