Sometimes it makes sense to rename games for different regions, and sometimes it.... doesn’t. Here are a couple I can think of:
Crusader of Centy -> Soleil -> Ragnacenty Final Fantasy Adventure -> Mystic Quest -> Seiken Densetsu Shadow of the Ninja -> Blue Shadow -> Kage Blazing Heroes -> Mystaria -> Riglord Saga
What do you think was the point in renaming these for every region? Can you think of any more games like this?

Sometimes it's because of conflicting trademarks in specific territories (that's what I heard about Mystara, for example); sometimes there's a different publisher for each territory and they just want to rename it; sometimes it could be that Europe didn't get other games in the series, so they rename it to hide the connection, and then the NA version has a different title just because they don't trust Japanese game titles.

A lot of the TMNT games since it was "Hero" instead of "Ninja" in Europe. The first game had a completely different name in Japan because TMNT wasn't really a thing over there quite yet.
Tournament Fighters is called Mutant Warriors in Japan, at least the SNES version is.

There's Operation C (NA)/Contra (J)/Probotector (EU) on the Game Boy.

- Contra Spirits (J)/ Contra III: The Alien Wars (U)/Super Probotector: Alien Rebels (EU)
- Vampire Killer (J)/Castlevania: Bloodlines (U)/Castlevania: The New Generation (EU)
- Akumajō Dracula XX (J)/Castlevania: Dracula X (U)/Castlevania: Vampire's Kiss (EU)
- Ninja Ryukenden (J)/ Ninja Gaiden (U)/ Shadow Warriors (EU)
Contra's humanoid heroes were changed into robots in Europe (hence Probotector), because of concerns it might get banned in Germany (I think). And Ninja were kinda taboo in Great Britain, so we got Hero Turtles and Shadow Warriors instead in Europe.

The EU redubbing Final Fantasy Adventure to Mystic Quest led to another rename later in the franchise when North America took the name "Mystic Quest" for the SNES game. Thus:
Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest (US) / Mystic Quest Legend (EU) / Final Fantasy USA: Mystic Quest (JPN)
I like how this one not only shuffled around the subtitles, but mixed up the "Final Fantasy" header, too, Europe outright dropping it like they did with the original Mystic Quest. It's as though they wanted to make Mystic Quest a subseries all its own, despite the fact that the games were mechanically and narratively unrelated?

In the US the Final Fantasy moniker was used to sell both games as part of the brand recognition. Since this brand didn't exist in Europe, where there had never been a Final Fantasy game, it would make sense to create a new brand for that audience. Not that it caught on of course. ---- Out of this World/Another World/Outer World Renamed to avoid confusion with a TV show in the US. ---- Kirby: Canvas Curse/Kirby: Power Paintbrush/Touch Kirby!
