Surprised it didn't make the rounds here, but Victor Ireland sent me a DM basically confirming the Lunars and PM wouldn't be on it. Said Sega made him an insulting offer with no royalties, basically, and it wasn't worth it. I would have taken one for the team if I were him, but that's just me.
He also claimed to have planned improvements like fixing the ALL CAPS presentation and such, but c'est la vie, I'm sure it'll be hacked to all hell to include them, and I own the Lunars and PM anyway.
