Few days ago I have watched on YT one of those "all games" videos for psx. It looks like just like Saturn this console got lots of visual novels, mahjongs and other types of games that were never translated/left Japan. I wonder are there any adult only games of that type? What is the difference in Sega,Sony,Nintendo when it comes to nudity in games?

I don't think there's any difference between the big three these days in this respect. All of them follow regional age ratings and don't allow pornographic/inappropriate games. I'm not familiar with age ratings in the USA, but here (UK) an adults only game would not be able to be released on any console platforms, but they could launch if they meet the requirements for an 18 rating.

Nintendo and MS just go with the ESRB in the US, but Sony has been capricious in specific instances. The ESRB has loosened up with what they'll allow under an M rating to a degree over the years. For the Saturn specifically, Sega did get a little loose with what they'd allow after a certain point but still below today's M standards.

CERO wasn't around in the 90s so SEGA used their own rating system. They just so happened to allow ecchi games. PC Engine another platform with ero content.

Don't recall Playstation 1 getting any kind of adult content in Japan. In Japan, while Playstation and Saturn shared a few games, such as Dragon Knight IV or Dokyusei 2 (as well as for PC), PC and Saturn got the nudity content. PS1 games were relatively clean.

The PCE eroge are unlicensed which isn't that uncommon and mostly from one company. There are some similar games that are licensed, but they'd barely quality as ecchi these days.

Of course, once you introduce unlicensed things into the mix, everything goes off the rails. Like, do you have any idea how much of the world used the PSX as their primary, digital media player, with pirated video CD releases of movies? You can probably see where this is going. Not "games," and not strictly PSX titles either, but still an indelible part of the console's history.
