NO GUITAR HERO OR DRUMMING GAMES!
Are there any rythym games that somebody who does not like rythym games might like? Excluding what I have already mentioned?

Oh, damn, does that game have awesome music! Can I post .mp3s here? I remember a site with the music from that game to download. The freaking tutorial music is crazy!

I don't think I'd like to try out Idolm@ster since the music seems to be crappy J-Pop, and the voices are those awful childish squeals that just make me cringe. Maybe if the same concept got wrapped around something more...classy? If they put that concept into something like the 1940's jazz scene, I'd buy it. Or why not take it the whole way: Opera! Man, that would be totally sweet.

Rhythm Tengoku, man. It's like if Warioware collided head-on with Parappa the Rapper and made super-intercourse with each other. I honestly don't know what I meant by that, but just checkitout: crackedrabbitgaming.com/guides/gba/rhythm-tengoku/If you do decide to play it, just a heads-up: I love RT overall, but stage 2-5 SUCKS.

Maybe if the same concept got wrapped around something more...classy? The ironic part about your statement is that all most of the songs for the game are the best of the bunch in terms of poppy anime music. Doesn't help if you don't like the genre though. Or why not take it the whole way: Opera! Man, that would be totally sweet. They could do it. Only with Chihaya though.

I'd buy MetalM@ster in a heartbeat, though the thought of having a drunken 30-something former felon smsing me trough the game is not very appealing.

How the hell has Parappa the Rappa not been mentioned. Well now it has, get it or its sequal or the challenging spin-off Um Jamer Lambey(yes I cant spell it). The secound one isn't hard to find at all but the other two might be a bit of a challenge, but you wont haft to dish out more then twenty five bucks for them.
